Kidnapping and Sexual Battery

March 14, 2007 1:54 am in Zone 5. The Cobb County Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit is investigating a kidnapping and sexual battery incident which occurred on Summer Garden Drive in Marietta, Georgia on March 14, 2007.

According to investigators the three female victims were on their way home when the driver pulled her car over at a house under construction for the front seat passenger who was not feeling well. While the car was stopped a male suspect approached the front seat passenger, pulled her from the car, and assaulted her. The suspect removed the backseat passenger and assaulted her as well. The victims were able to get away from the suspect and flee in their vehicle.

Suspect : White male, approximately 5’8” tall, 20-26 years old, with a short/buzzed haircut, last seen wearing a red polo shirt (with a white shirt underneath), faded blue jeans with holes, a tan belt, and white boxers.

The suspect possibly may have been driving a silver Chrysler 300.
